Adelaide First Choice Solar was established in 2009 by Andrew Box, who was already successfully operating Character Roofing, established in 1990. First Choice Solar was one of Adelaide’s first solar companies.

Whilst many companies have come and gone, First Choice solar continues to provide quality solar and an affordable price. The longevity of First Choice gives clients peace of mind that their solar investment is backed by a reliable company, not a ‘fly-by-night’ operator.

First Choice Solar is a family-owned and operated business located at 2C Bennet Ave, Melrose Park.

We are licensed for Solar and General Electrical. Our electricians are fully qualified and trained, especially in Solar Panels for Adelaide homes.
We are fully insured with QBE. We can provide you with a Certificate of Currency should you need it.

  We just had our solar panels installed by First Choice Solar. Our first impression was that Andrew was a great salesman and knew what he was talking about. He explained everything wonderfully. Pat installed the system on his own over 2 days, he explained the process and even shown some errors in out clipsal switch board, to which he fixed for us.  He was very professional, very particular about his job and an around top bloke.  The financr application was super easy  with Andrew's help. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!
